SAMY

Today I have the great pleasure of welcoming to our little fleet SAMY , Classis Hound of 1980, and its Owners Carla and Friuli Francesco Costagli.

Welcome guys!

Samy is registered in the tonnage of the Italian Naval League, section Grado (Gorizia), nel cui porticciolo è ormeggiata.

The other images are taken in their own race courses where Samy is portrayed in order to compete with the beautiful colored sails to the wind explained.

Congratulations to Carla and Francis (and of course Samy) for their trophy respectable and once again welcome Dogs in the blog! : O)

Mountains Biffy Clyro Chords

A feminine touch .... the curtains: o)

Urged about it from a friend of the blog owner (who asked to remain anonymous prudently), affront, not without some hesitation, this thorny technical subject ... O)

Post frivolous and feminine interest? Not really, the curtains, and the skylights in the saloon, have an important function to shield the glare of the sun's rays and protect the right of privacy on board (to use an Italian word finally) when it is moored .

When I bought the boat it was Dangi Blu aback so I started from scratch. After evaluating the different options I realized the solution that I propose.

required:

- 4 aluminum profiles with the "track" available in stores drapery

- thin and a few small screws self-tapping millimeters long

- special rings that slide into the frame

- 4 "firm" to close the ends of the profiles

- hooks for rings

- fabric for curtains second his taste (or wives ...)

- few feet "arricciatende"

(the ladies know what I mean ...: o))

Creation:

first step is to fix the rails by sure they are parallel to each other.

I used the small screws tapping because the rigidity of the profiles and the curving of the surface do not allow adequate fixation with the simple use of adhesives or glues.

Once attached the rails, and having thus the right measures, you can skip the wrapping of the tendon.

I opted for the packing of two side curtains which, if any, may be slid to let in more light or to give a fair look at what happens outside. Of course the effect "curled" may not like and you can safely avoid.

admit openly that the practical realization of the tents is totally out of my expertise, so willingly refer the matter to your wives or companions ... or seamstress you trust. Personally, at the time, reclutai My mother took care of it willingly (thanks Mom!).

As you can see from the photos, the rings are attached all'arricciatenda top and bottom hooks. Once the curtains have been placed on the rails, the ends thereof are sealed with the appropriate locking rings to prevent the bait down when it opens.

The same procedure can be naturally used for the construction of the tendon of skylights of the cabin forward and the dinette.

I hope that the description was sufficiently clear and that the pictures illustrate well the materials and methods of work employed.

If you took your boat in the other systems, send photos and description, I will be happy to include them in addition to this post.

Thanks for your attention ..... good job! : O)

What Does Swollen Ankels Mean

SEGUGIO WANTED! (No. 03)

The toilet has a single door opening on the left, the bow is visible the electric winch.

The interior cushions, also split on the seat, foderat to of light fabric.

In two photos is also the owner (?) Busy, it seems, to accommodate the mooring lines.

wonder if his friend Ernesto knows this of his fellow Dogs BEPA or is able to carry out the necessary investigations on the spot ... : O)

As usual ..... HAPPY HUNTING!
